Piedmont is one of the best eye care specialists I have been to. The doctor takes time to explain everything and makes sure you understand the state of your vision and eye health. Shaina helped with glasses and she made it fun and easy.

Great experience. I went here 5 years ago and had an ok experience but decided to try 2 other practices since then. I decided to try them again since I had an issue with my last pair of glasses that took 3 appointments to fix. I am so glad I did. Everyone at this office was kind and helpful and knowledgeable. They make you comfortable the minute you walk in. Dr Fix was wonderful and Shaina was so helpful explaining my coverage and helping me pick out new frames. Highly recommend this practice!

I have been coming to Piedmont eyecare for many many years. Every person I have ever encountered has been wonderful and seems to enjoy what they are doing from the front desk to their optical specialist and doctors.Recently, I went to the Wesley Chapel location and met with Shaina Sutton, One of the optical experts in this location. Not only did she help me pick out my glasses, but helped with the history of the lenses I have had so far. She was professional, patient and made the whole experience very fun!! First time going and it was such an enjoyable experience! Dr Major explained things in an easy to understand way. Shaina led me through the whole ordering process and was so helpful as I picked out frames. The whole appointment was so organized and efficient and everyone I met was welcoming and supportive.

This is my fourth eye care practice I've been to in about 15 years. The other ones were ok, one was very pushy to buy glasses from them and actually had trouble fixing a pair, the others fine. They all had a feel of meh in the air though.Piedmont EyeCare Associates is just a more positive and fun place (Weddington/Wesley Chapel). Everyone there seems to want to be there. Their staff is wonderful and the knowledge they have is a breathe of fresh air. So many places the employees act like they know what they're talking about but you can tell they are struggling, backpeddling on issues, etc. That's fine, I've been there, but for glasses that cost anywhere from $200 - $600 I appreciate staff that are in the know.Eye Doc was very funny and easy to speak with. I think most of the ones I've met are good. Really think the staff sets this place apart. Never rush or push you to buy glasses from them, they do have some banging glasses though 🤓

The ladies at reception were so friendly, and Shaina fixed my Silhouette glasses on the spot with no appointment! Very comfortable environment and experience 🙂

Just had a great experience bringing in my 5 year old daughter for her first exam. Everyone was very friendly, both Gina and Dr. Patel made her feel comfortable, didn't rush at all and gave us a great experience. Will be back in the fall for my own exam!Update: I had my own exam and couldn't have been more impressed with the service and friendliness of staff. Jessica who deals with insurance- which I can only imagine takes a special kind of person to do- was so kind and patient with my questions and Jennifer hand picked my new glasses after over a decade of never getting new ones. I would never have known the style to go for and I love them, both extremely warm and positive. Dr. Patel is wonderful as well and works with you instead of telling you what to do. My family will happily use this practice moving forward, thank you all!

First class operation. Great first visit experience from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and met all expectations. Front desk check in, Karen, Jennifer and Dr Barrows did everything at the A+ level.

Jennifer in the Wesley Chapel office deserves all five stars of my review. Jennifer went above beyond to assist me with replacing frames for my son who attends school out of state. She listened attentively to me and worked to provide a solution quickly. We have been patients at Piedmont Eye Care for years and love the team of doctors as well—but today Jennifer gets all our thanks and more. For personalized care I would look no further than Piedmont Eye Care.

The nose-piece on my semiframeless glasses broke. I truly didn't think there would be any way of fixing it, but my husband ran the glasses up to Piedmont Eyecare just in case. They had the replacement part, fixed the glasses (at no charge, since I had purchased them there) and he was home in 15 minutes. I could not be more pleased!!!

I have been going here for many years and have consistently had positive experiences. My new Doctor, Dr. Patel, is very direct and kind, and I enjoyed my recent visit.

We visited the office to have my son’s glasses fixed and the experience was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The front office was welcoming and courteous, even accommodating us right at closing time. We were promptly assisted by Ms. Shaina, an optical expert, who not only fixed the glasses quickly but also showed genuine care and warmth throughout the interaction. We are grateful for their outstanding service and would recommend visiting this office.

We had, as usual, a fantastic experience at Piedmont Eye, Wesley Chapel! From the minute my daughter and I were greeted, till Gina did our initial eye exam and when Dr. Fix was finished, we felt very well taken care of. Gina is so friendly, and warm! Dr. Fix is the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen. She is so patient and kind. Gentle and caring. We always recommend this office to friends/family!

What a phenomenal staff! My family and I have visited both locations multiple times and we always have a great experience. I had been struggling to find the right lenses for me as my prescription continues to change (thanks, old age!) The team was so patient with me as I went through multiple samples and tried a variety of options until I found something I loved. They never pressured me, were super accommodating and I genuinely felt like they just wanted what was best for me. Special shout out to Jessica in Wesley Chapel who provided exceptional care despite being super busy. I appreciate you all!

Everyone at Piedmont EyeCare Associates was just wonderful. From the person on the phone who made the appointment for me, to the person who performed my initial eye tests, to the doctor, and then the person who helped go over eyewear options. My experience with Piedmont Eyecare today was outstanding. The staff was professional and fun! My Optometrist, Andrew Barrows was great and really explained what was going with my vision. Shaina was outstanding as well. She helped with a mistake on my vision benefits accidently being used in Boston which would have not allowed me to use my benefits this year and she got it straightened out right away. Truly professional. Love your staff!!

This place is the best. It's like hangin out with old friends and havin a good time... Dr. Sheth was very thorough with the exam and treatment. I had the privilege of being assisted by Maria and Shaina (Optical Experts), who helped me find the right frames and making sure I got the best for my eye health. Nothing but a good time with these two.

With my last eye exam being well over 8 or more years ago, I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the moment I got there until I left, it was the best experience ever! This goes without saying that the receptionist, at Piedmont Eye Care Jessica, Maddy and Abbie are amazing Ladies, as they are very welcoming and sweet, they treat you with the up most respect and you always have an amazing time with them when you go there. They explain everything to you and are very articulate and skilled at their customer service. It seems that they enjoy want they do and put their hearts and smiles into it their jobs. This place comes highly recommended if you’re skeptical to go to Piedmont Eye Care. Believe me when I tell you that you will be happy with their white glove service and laughter that fills the air. This was my first time getting an eye exam ever, so naturally I was nervous and not knowing what to expect. Well, my expectations were exceeded! The staff was so nice and all my anxiety eased away. Karen, Dr. Kalene Fix-Mastenbrook, and Shaina are those who helped me during my visit. Next week I will return to pick up my glasses. Definitely recommend this business.

Piedmont EyeCare is wonderful! Had my first visit earlier this week and everyone I interacted with was so friendly and engaging. Karen was very efficient (while also being conversational and funny) in doing the preliminary testing before I saw the doctor. Dr. Major was thorough, professional, friendly and conversational. She also didn’t try to push me into more than I wanted/needed. Then I picked out my glasses with Shauna who was patient with me trying to decide on frames. She offered suggestions and opinions that were really helpful in making my decision. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Gina was fantastic! She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable before the doctor came in (Dr. Patel is my go-to). I love this practice! I've been coming here for four years. Jennifer in the glasses department has helped me find three different pairs over the years. I'm quite particular, and she listens exceptionally well. Every time I leave, I feel beautiful in my new glasses, thanks to her! I will continue coming back here!

My 12 year old was trying on contacts for the time. Karen was incredible! My son was having a hard time but she was soooo patient and took her time showing him and having him try. I was very impressed. Dr. Barrows was also very kind and seemed to speak my preteen's language. Overall, great experience, but Karen really stood out as exceptional.

I always have the best experience at Piedmont EyeCare! My family has gone there for years. All of the doctors are kind and knowledgeable. And the opticians are top notch. Shaina is SO helpful and was so patient with my husband, who recently got his first pair of glasses and was VERY particular, and dare I say it, a smidge difficult. She has the patience of a saint and it was greatly appreciated by all! my son is very excited for his contact lens class today!

Lovely staff and excellent doctor at the Wesley Chapel location. Service was impeccable. Dr. Fix-Mastenbrook is fabulous, personable, and covers all the bases with very good questions. Appointments were on time. Waiting area is clean, comfortable, and safe. Filling in paperwork online before our appointments made the process much faster. Definitely keeping this location as my eye doctor.
