Dr. Michelle Beachkofsky completed her undergraduate at Purdue University with a degree in Environmental Health and went on to attend Pennsylvania College of Optometry where she graduated in 2005. She completed a residency specializing in anterior segment disease and contact lenses at Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2006. She was named Pennsylvania Young Optometrist of the Year in 2013. Dr. Beachkofsky is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry.
While in school, Dr. Beachkofsky was active in Gold Key Honor Society as well as Student Optometric Service to Humanity (SOSH). During her involvement with SOSH, she traveled to Ecuador to help provide eye care and glasses to communities in need.
Dr. Beachkofsky resides in Waxhaw with her husband and two sons. When not working, she can be found photographing and cheering on her boys at their baseball games.
